for C-CAM users

This is a patched version of the Multichoice 2.2 Firmware.
Itīs for use with the C-CAM and C-Card.
So German viewers can look the DF1 and the Pemiere Channels.
I think at next it will be possible to modificate the Firmware that you can use the C-CAM or the normal CAM with one Firmware.
The Soft automatically notice if there is an normal CAM or an C-Cam and work with both ones.
